Wi-fi: why we won't pay
Price-gouging for hotel internet has become common, but consumers are pushing back. FUTURE OF FEES: Air fares have never been so cheap, but, to stay in the black, airlines have taken to charging outrageous markups for "services" that cost next-to-nothing to produce. CHEAPIES GONE: The $800 Australia-UK return fares of recent years are set to disappear.
